Hey, is anyone going to COMA's Clark Rogerson foray in Copake NY? This is an easy drive for most of our Hudson Valley members. I got a day pass for the Saturday and Sunday events but decided not to stay at their accomodations. Instead, I got a tent site at the nearby Taconic State Park at Copake Falls State Campgrounds for under $30 a night. This is a short ride from the foray location. This sight can take two tents, so if you're looking for a spot, let me know.

The walk at Ferncliff was a learning experience for those attending because it featured our first contribution to the MycoMap fungal mapping project. This is an important citizen science initiative that MHMA is contributing to.
