Upcoming Culinary Event
We are very excited to announce an event we have been working on for a long time. This will be a fantastic opportunity to interact with a premier chef in a world-class venue while he prepares mushroom-centric recipes for our tasting pleasure. This event is open to members and their guests (limit 5) and we expect it to sell out quickly.

This is a very unique opportunity folks. Chad travels all around the world exploring and teaching about his two favorite food passions, Spanish foods and wild mushrooms. Normally, the only chance you might get to see him is at a NAMA or NEMF event. Well, I didn't think that that was good enough for our members, so I have been personally working with Chad and the CIA administration to bring him here for us! Now, this is not a full meal, this is a tasting / sampling from his cookbook, but I will promise you that this will be like no other NAMA style food demo and tasting you have ever been too. 5-7 (maybe more) samples served to you. Interact with the chef, ask questions. Books will be available for purchase the night of the event. Stay a few minutes after for a meet and greet and get you book autographed.
