Monday September 21, Rhinecliff NY, Dutchess County.
This is a unique opportunity for our members to join walk leaders John Cox & Luke Sarrantonio as they welcome special guest Chef/Forager Chad Hyatt! As with any of our walks we never know exactly what we will find; however, the focus of this walk will be to identify any edible fungi that might be used in the upcoming Evening with Chad Hyatt event at The Culinary Institute of America. A rare chance to truly experience forest-to-plate cuisine. Due to the unique nature of this walk, the exact location will not be disclosed until three days before the walk date in your walk notice reminder email.
