This is a unique opportunity for our members to join walk leaders John Cox & Luke Sarrantonio as they welcome special guest Chef/Forager Chad Hyatt! As with any of our walks we never know exactly what we will find. However, the focus of this walk will be to identify any edible fungi that might be used in the upcoming Evening with Chad Hyatt event at The Culinary Institute of America. A rare chance to truly experience forest-to-plate cuisine. Due to the unique nature of this walk, the exact location will not be disclosed until three days before the walk date in your walk notice reminder email.
