MHMA and The Culinary Institute of America have teamed up to to bring you an exclusive evening built entirely around fungi with world famous chef, forager, and cookbook author Chad Hyatt.
Chef Hyatt is the author of The Mushroom Hunter's Kitchen, 120 recipes that turn foraged fungi into serious cooking. At this event, he'll lead a live cooking demonstration at the world famous Danny Kaye Theatre at The Culinary Institute of America. This venue has been host to some of the most famous names in the culinary world, Paul Bocuse, Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, and Cat Cora just to name a few. This professional demonstration kitchen is a deep amphitheater style seating, so no matter where you sit, you are sure to have a great view of the action. As he cooks, he'll walk through his approach to mushroom-forward cuisine and take questions directly from the room.
