All kidding aside, the club has recruited some fresh blood and is evolving from a band of merry pot-hunters into a gathering of amateur mycologists with lots of knowledge to share. No matter what your knowledge level and particular interest in mushrooms might be, MHMA is a place where you will find a friendly face with similar interests…

This web page, though necessary as a beacon to the public and an excellent tool for storage of static information and resources for the club, is somewhat clunky and cumbersome to update. For that reason the event postings may not be as current as the event postings at the MHMA page on www.FaceBook.com — "MidHudsonMyco.org – Fungus Mushroom Mycology Club Hudson Valley New York". Since last minute changes or cancellations are difficult to post here in a timely manner… it is our recommendation that you set yourself up with a free FaceBook account as there is much more fluid activity and ease of communication between members at that location.
