COMA’s 36th Clark Rogerson Foray

September 4, 2014 @ 2:00 pm - September 7, 2014 @ 11:00 am

$60

COMA’s 36th Clark Rogerson Foray will take place from Thursday, September 4 through Sunday, September 7, 2014.   Of course, the line-up of mycologists is nothing short of stellar, and the many exciting parks that surround the 640 acre camp are sure to provide a terrific foraging experience. The new facility brings creature comforts to a different level for the foray, with bright, air-conditioned meeting and display rooms, a spacious dining room, and comfortable, well-appointed (air-conditioned) private guest rooms, each with their own bath & shower. The in-ground heated pool will have unlimited daytime access, and the basketball courts (indoor and outdoor), tennis courts, volleyball court, shuffleboard court, and other amenities are features we’ve never seen at any of the previous venues. (Check it out: http://bhecamp.org/retreats/ )

It’s not too far— about 1 hour North of the intersection of 84 and 684 (the tri-state corner of NY, CT and MA), and the surrounding countryside is absolutely spectacular! If you haven’t signed up yet, I urge you not to delay. We promise the most fun you can have—  and between the daytime forays, workshops, evening programs, and all of the available activities, it will be your option as to how many events you choose to fit into your days.

Many thanks to those who have already helped to spread the word among your club members. COMA is happy to do the same for your events.
