Please see the link for directions. Go to the New York State Thruway exit 21 Catskill, then follow directions from the East.
The website above has a pretty picture of the lake itself. What it doesn’t show is the scenic view of the mountains across the lake (Thomas Cole and Blackhead Mountains).
This is a great swimming/family location. Bring the kids! If they tire of mycology, there’s always swimming.
